What moves us
AGILITA lives innovation and takes responsibility. The prerequisite for this is a mind-set of continuous learning. We welcome challenges and use criticism as an opportunity to learn and develop new things. Coupled with our commitment and passion for finding solutions, this mindset is an important building block in our understanding of sustainability.
In our own business activities and in our partnership-based cooperation with our customers, suppliers and SAP, responsible use of our resources is important to us. This is not just about ecological resources, but also about our personal resources. In our dynamic working environment, we have to adapt to new issues every day. Technologies that are still current today will be obsolete tomorrow. We are aware that growth has its limits, at least on the “outside”. However, the development of “inner” growth is unlimited and it is precisely this personal growth of each individual employee that we see as an important pillar in our understanding of sustainability and a great opportunity for the further development of ourselves and our industry.
Our sustainability journey
We need to systematically identify and prioritize what defines what we do and which other pillars make us fit for the future. Like so many other SMEs, we are also on the way to systematically integrating sustainability into our business activities. We have already implemented much of this implicitly, but now we are taking a systematic and data-supported approach.
Initiatives
We love companions and look forward to an exchange. We are happy to share the experiences we had on the first section of our “itinerary”.
We are actively committed to reducing our environmental footprint while encouraging and inspiring people to make a greater positive impact on our world through sustainable choices and actions. Initiatives such as Bike to Work, the AGI Walk, Vegan Thursday, our internal Knowledge Breakfast and workshops are the first initiatives to actively bring about positive change.

Humanitarian commitment is part of AGILITA’s corporate culture.
Currently we support the social project INKIINO in Ethiopia, which is close to our hearts.
We are sure that every time we provide support, a stone is set in motion and that we contribute to taking responsibility in other countries and promoting living conditions that do not correspond to our reality.
