At the AGILITA SAP Academy, we set a new course for innovation. Our AGILITA SAP ACADEMY officially started in July 2024 and offers young talents the unique opportunity to become a Junior SAP Consultant. With a clear focus on excellence, our program covers important areas:

Assesment Day
The Assessment Day at the AGILITA SAP Academy is a decisive step in our selection process. On November 14, 2023, we warmly welcomed the eight best talents to our headquarters in Wallisellen. These 10 students are IMS students who will graduate from the academy with their IPA and thus obtain their EFZ IT qualification. On this day, these promising candidates had the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and compete for one of the coveted six positions in the Academy.
The assessment day at the AGILITA SAP Academy is an intensive experience and includes various elements such as introductory sessions, group exercises and individual interviews with our management team, including our Managing Director Sandra Völler, Fabian von Allmen and Florian Lichtin. We value not only their technical knowledge, but also their passion and dedication to the SAP domain.
With ten talented individuals competing for just five available spots, the competition was intense. Each candidate showed impressive qualities and potential, which made the selection process all the more challenging.
